What a week. And a big announcement!

It has been just over a week since we launched my campaign for the State House, and I am humbled by the support and generosity I have received from friends near and far. Thank you.
Yesterday, I was thrilled to receive the endorsement of King County Executive Dow Constantine. He said:
“I’m proud to endorse Liz Berry for state representative because she’ll fight for more transit and to reduce the impact of climate change – two issues which I care about deeply. She also will work to reform our regressive tax code and make sure our economy works for everyone. Join me in supporting Liz Berry for State Representative.”
After eight days on the campaign trail, I am still buzzing with excitement and anticipation, and as I look toward the coming months, I know there is a lot of hard work ahead. But with your support and the support of leaders like Dow Constantine; Seattle City Councilmembers Lorena Gonzalez, Debora Juarez, Tammy Morales, and Teresa Mosqueda; State Senator Rebecca Saldaña; and State Representative Nicole Macri, I know we can win!
As State Representative, I will proudly advocate for working families, affordable childcare, access to quality public education, and to preserve the stunning landscape of our state from the devastating effects of climate change.
